What is the maximum capacity?
Capacity depends on room and layout. The published Big Room range is 50 to 90 people, with higher capacity generally available in theatre-style seating.
What events are suitable?
Training, meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences, interviews, tuition classes, marketing events and other organised gatherings.
Is a deposit required?
The existing KL rental page publishes a RM200 refundable deposit to secure a booking. Confirm the current deposit and refund conditions in your quotation.
What is the cancellation policy?
The published terms state that payments are non-refundable, with rescheduling possible at least 14 days in advance and subject to availability. Confirm the current policy before payment.
Are weekends and public holidays available?
Yes. Published rental availability is between 9am and 11pm on weekdays, weekends and public holidays, subject to booking confirmation.
