The exact module sequence and assessment activities follow the current JPK delivery plan for each intake.
A career for different strengths
You do not need to see yourself only as a hardware specialist. Successful IT administrators also communicate clearly, organise information, support colleagues and make technology easier to use.
Curiosity, patience and organised thinking are just as valuable as enjoying technical work.
After DKM Level 4
A DKM can support progression, but university entry is not automatic. The right route depends on your age, experience, chosen programme and the latest requirements of the institution.
Route 1
Government-recognised DKM qualifications may meet general bachelor-entry requirements, subject to the university Senate and the programme’s specific conditions.
Route 2
Applicants aged 21 or above with relevant work experience may use APEL.A T-6 as an alternative bachelor-admission route after passing the required assessment.
Route 3
At participating institutions, relevant prior learning may be assessed for course credit after admission. Decisions are made by the institution.
Always confirm the latest entry, English-language, subject and programme requirements directly with the chosen university before applying.
