1. Lecturer

Requirements:

• Candidate Must possess at least SKM, SKM Level 3 Sijil Pengajar Vokasional (VTO), Sijil Kursus Induksi (PP/PPD/PPB).
• Candidate must possess Professional Certificate in any related field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• No working experience is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Education or equivalent.

Required skill(s):

• Use appropriate teaching, learning support & assessment methods.
• Identify areas where current provision needs revision or improvement.
• Contribute to the planning, design and development of objective and material.
• Good analytical, complex reasoning, problem solving and investigation skills.
• Able to think clearly with attention to details.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Possess productive personality traits.
• Positive attitude towards teaching.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and administers testing and marking theory and practical modules.
• Teach students in various levels of skill in Certificates following JPK qualification framework.
• Develop continuous Written Instructional Materials (WIM) and assessment tools.
• Conduct counseling and manage of student discipline.
• Conduct coaching and remedial training to increase students passing rate and performance.
• Conduct practical training at the workshop.
• Conduct monitoring visit at industry workplace to assess student's on-job-training performance.
